My responsibilities began with data collection and validation, where I organized program data from multiple sources such as surveys, attendance sheets, donation records, and Google Sheets. I ensured data accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting to enable reliable analysis.
I then performed data analysis and visualization, using tools like Python (Pandas, Matplotlib) and spreadsheets to identify trends, measure program outcomes, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as beneficiary reach, engagement levels, and fund utilization. These insights helped the team evaluate program effectiveness and improve decision-making.
A significant part of my role involved automating reporting workflows, including generating structured PDF reports from analyzed data. This reduced manual effort, improved reporting consistency, and ensured timely sharing of insights with internal teams and donors.
Additionally, I contributed to documentation and communication, translating technical findings into easy-to-understand summaries for non-technical stakeholders. I supported fundraising and impact reporting by presenting data-backed narratives that highlighted the foundation’s achievements and areas of growth.
Overall, my work structure combined data analysis, automation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling Tare Zameen Foundation to operate more efficiently and demonstrate measurable social impact.
