Welcome to CoderLegion. By accessing or using our platform, including any paid subscription services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully.

1. Account Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use CoderLegion.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  3. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

  1. CoderLegion PRO is a paid subscription service providing additional features such as profile boosts, analytics, messaging, ad-free experience, and more.

  2. Subscription prices and billing terms are displayed clearly on the platform.

  3. All payments are processed securely by .... as Merchant of Record. ... is responsible for payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes.

  4. CoderLegion does not store your full payment card information.

  5. All fees are billed in the currency displayed at checkout.

  6. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

3. Free Trial

  1. CoderLegion offers a 30-day free trial for new users.

  2. You will not be charged during the free trial period.

  3. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan at $5 USD per month.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  2. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  3. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscription payments. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original charge date.

  4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. User Conduct

  1. You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  2. You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

  3. You agree not to access or attempt to access CoderLegion systems, data, or features in an unauthorized manner.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  1. All content, software, graphics, branding, and platform features on CoderLegion are owned by CoderLegion or its licensors.

  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CoderLegion provides the platform “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderLegion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of CoderLegion after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
