Open-source WordPress must-use plugin that stops core database updates from silently truncating long Arabic (and other non-Latin) URLs. Layered prevention across the schema, slug generation, and collision handling, with a self-testing drift guard and a WP-CLI verifier. GPL-2.0, published on Packagist.
