UniUI is a platform where a Nigerian university student uploads their whole semester — courses, notes, past questions, deadlines, groups, finances — and gets help running it. 2,000+ backend routes. 237 tables. A 6-stage content pipeline with 11,000+ structured notes and 21,000+ past questions. Live at FUTO with 152 students.
I built it in 5 months while studying mechatronics. I did it with a set of AI agents working in parallel. The hard part wasn't the AI — it was the data, the money, and keeping a fast-growing codebase from eating itself.
The part I'm most proud of: I ran 12 worst-case scenarios against it before production — payment cascade failure, DDoS during exam week, database corruption mid-exam, prompt injection, memory poisoning. All passed.
I am also building Pantero — offline-first AI mentorship for African youth. Same insight: the infrastructure reality of Africa demands offline-first design.
Currently building Jarvis — a 7-agent autonomous ops layer that watches, heals, defends, and improves the platform without human input.
Interested in: retrieval over messy educational content, payments infrastructure in Nigeria, agentic operations, building for low-bandwidth, low-trust environments. Show less
