Jun 2022 - Jun 2023As a co-investigator of the research project No. IGA_PF_2021_011, I conducted a structured and comprehensive study on doctoral research practices in Europe. As part of the project, I collected empirical data through surveys and academic collaboration with several universities across the European Union. The research particularly focused on institutions in Sweden, Denmark, Romania, Austria, Hungary, Greece, and Bulgaria. The collected data were carefully analyzed using a comparative approach. This made it possible to identify similarities and differences in Ph.D. programs, research methods, supervision systems, and the challenges faced by doctoral students in different countries. By combining survey results with comparative analysis, the study provides a clear and evidence-based overview of current trends in Ph.D. research in law and legal science, contributing to a better understanding of how doctoral education is developing across Europe.
