In the next 2–3 years, companies will fire employees for the unethical use of AI.

I don’t build AI because it’s impressive. I don’t chase AI because it’s trending.

I build in AI because it can reduce human friction.

Use AI to help people think better, work smarter, and move forward with confidence, without fear, without dependency, and without losing judgment.

People don’t fear AI taking their job. They fear AI exposing how replaceable their routines already were.

I don’t fear AI replacing me. I fear people stopping their own thinking because of AI.

I don’t “do” most routine work anymore. I orchestrate systems that do it.

Humanity is heading toward one of two futures:
 
Star Trek: Abundance, exploration, meaning
Terminator: Chaos, control, unemployment, collapse

Build useful things, seek truth, delay gratification, and create more value than you consume;  everything else will follow.”

AI will make almost everything cheaper, faster, and better. The only thing that will become more valuable is human trust, agency, creativity, and alignment.
