I've led engineering across organisations of all scales. From founding and growing Zoocha's Spanish office from 0 to 20 people (roughly 30% of the global business at the time), to being aqui-hired into and managing world-class talent at Shopify, and everything in between. The pattern is consistent. I take chaotic environments and turn them into high-performing teams that deliver.
My track record speaks for itself. I seeded and scaled Shopify's European Checkout team, delivering performance improvements estimated at hundreds of millions in additional revenue.

Deep in Rust. Building AI infrastructure from the ground up.
I'm developing production-grade systems for agent orchestration, real-time AI pipelines, and the foundational tooling that makes AI actually work at scale. Rust because performance matters. Rust because reliability matters. Rust because when you're building infrastructure, you don't get to be sloppy.
