It’s been a while. 👋
My last post here on CoderLegion was on September 8, and quite a lot has happened since then.
I haven’t been posting much, but I definitely haven’t been sitting still. 😅
I’ve been spending most of my time building, experimenting, learning, and trying to turn some of the ideas I’ve had for a while into something real.
A big part of that has been Royal Bcode Ventures.
Running RBV has been teaching me a completely different side of technology. Building software is one thing. Building a business around technology is another entirely.
I’ve been working on projects, dealing with clients, infrastructure, operations, marketing, planning, and figuring out how to actually build something sustainable.
I've also been working on SmartAlert-T (SAT) and exploring some ideas around infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and communication.
There have also been a lot of smaller experiments happening behind the scenes.
Some became projects.
Some got abandoned.
Some are still sitting somewhere between “this could actually work” and “why did I even start this?” 😂
And honestly, that's probably been the most interesting part.
I've been spending less time just trying to write code and more time thinking about:
What problem am I actually solving?
Who is this for?
Can I maintain it?
Can it become a product?
Can I build a business around it?
I think that's one of the biggest changes in how I approach development now.
So yeah, I've been quiet here, but there's been a lot happening behind the scenes.
I want to start documenting more of that journey again the builds, the experiments, the wins, the failures, the things that don't work, and everything I learn along the way.
September 8 → September 24.
Not a long time on the calendar.
But definitely a lot of building. 🚀
