The hardest part of buying signal detection is usually not the model but deciding which signals count as intent in the first place. One thing I learned building Opportunity Skill is that negative signals are as informative as positive ones. Buyers state what they will not engage with, and filtering on that raises precision more than adding more positive features does. Worth asking which disengagement signals the detector can pick up. A lead that explicitly rules itself out is cheaper to miss early than to nurture late.
