What's the Future of Coding Practice Platforms in the AI Era?

We all seem to agree on one thing: the best way to learn a new language or framework today is to build real projects. Tutorials and exercises only take you so far.

But that got me thinking about platforms like LeetCode, HackerRank or Exercism, the ones built around coding challenges, algorithms, and exercises.

In a world where AI can solve most of those challenges in seconds, what's their future?
Are they still relevant as learning tools? Or are they slowly becoming obsolete replaced by project-based learning and AI-assisted exploration?

I'm also curious about the hiring side: companies have used LeetCode-style interviews for years. Does that change when candidates can just... ask AI?
