Interesting example, The Duchess of Hackers—never thought about community wins feeling like your own, makes me wonder how much of my growth I’ve been missing by going solo.
Why Building a Strong Tech Community Matters in 2025

@[Russell Trey] That really means a lot
I used to go solo too, thinking growth was all about personal grind — but community showed me that shared wins hit differently.
When someone else learns, builds, or ships something great, it somehow pushes you to do more too.
You’d be surprised how much energy and perspective you gain just by being around others who get it.
Glad this post made you pause and reflect — that’s exactly what community is about: inspiring each other to grow.

@[hankadev] Online communities can be tough to keep up with sometimes it’s easy to feel a bit disconnected. But it’s awesome that you still make the effort to stay involved
And yes, nothing beats the energy of in-person meetups and conferences the conversations, the shared excitement, the instant motivation you get from just being around other tech people.
It’s all about finding that balance between both worlds online for constant learning and global reach, and offline for that real human connection.
