This is such a friendly and engaging introduction, really appreciate the effort to make newcomers feel welcome. I love how this space encourages both learning and collaboration. What kind of DevOps tools or projects are most members here currently exploring or interested in sharing?

Hi DevOps practitioners! I'm Steve and I'm working on research in the DevOps, DevEx, GitOps, and Platform Engineering space. I work at Octopus Deploy, where we help thousands of organizations simplify complex deployment and make them reliable, repeatable, and no-longer-scary. I'm a Microsoft MVP and a DORA Community Guide.

I've been a software developer for... erm.. a few decades! Yikes. I've also been a reluctant Development Manager (we realized that every time I turned down the offer, they would hire in someone who just ruined everything) and eventually became a Director of Product and Data for a small company working with a very large global organization.

I'm fascinated by how work works and healthy measurement systems are something I'm very passionate about.
