I think preview links should expire after a few days for normal client reviews, but longer projects may need more time. It would also be useful to have an easy way to extend the link without creating a new one. What would be the best default expiry time for most clients?
When Should a Client Preview Link Expire?

@[Andrei] I'd start with a seven-day review window for ordinary, non-sensitive previews so a Friday delivery survives the weekend. I'd make that configurable, rather than treat it as a universal default.
For extensions, I'd keep the review-page address stable and let the owner explicitly renew access there. The underlying asset links can still be short-lived. After expiry, show the date and a request-extension button, without automatically reopening access.

For clients who will not make an account, a hybrid avoids the choice: the review page uses a longer-lived token, and that page mints short-lived signed asset URLs, for example five minutes each. Expiry then applies to the files, which is where the bearer-token risk is, while the page can say clearly when the review window closed. Renewal sends a new link only to the original recipient email, so a forwarded link cannot extend itself. The gap is that a forwarded page link still works until the window ends. Would you require an emailed one-time code on a new device, or is that too much friction for a property agent?
@[Bubblegun] I'd require the emailed code for sensitive or unpublished previews, then remember that verified browser only until the review window closes. For low-risk material, I'd let the owner choose link-only access with a clear warning that forwarding grants access.
One important detail: the longer-lived page token is also a bearer credential if it can mint asset URLs without another check. Five-minute asset URLs don't remove that exposure. I'd stop issuing them as soon as review access is revoked, and treat any already-issued URLs as usable until they expire.
@WAQAS AHMAD Good point that the page token is itself a bearer credential. Tying each mint to a server-side session check closes most of that: revoke the session and minting stops, even while the token is still valid. Treating already-issued asset URLs as live until they expire is the honest statement, and five minutes keeps that window small. Your split by sensitivity, code for unpublished work and link-only by owner choice for the rest, sounds right to me.
