The Sept 28 to Oct 8 stretch you listed is a good reality check. I've found an eval set built from real production prompts does most of the work here, as long as it also keeps the failures you already fixed, otherwise a swap quietly brings them back. What margin would you set in advance before switching, one fixed score delta or something per task?

Over 18 years I've architected cloud-native platforms across agri-food, SaaS, leisure, and fitness — most recently a distributed, event-driven system on Azure handling 1M+ transactions a day, where I cut end-to-end latency by 90% using Azure Service Bus and Functions.
What I bring:
• Architecture — event-driven microservices, distributed systems, and solution design on Azure, with the ability to translate messy domain requirements into platforms that hold up under load.
• Engineering leadership — I've led teams of 10+ through platform rebuilds, agile transformations, and large-scale cloud migrations, mentoring senior and principal engineers (several promoted under me).
• DevSecOps — I embed CI/CD, OWASP-aligned security, and automated testing into the lifecycle, compressing release cycles from weeks to a day and cutting production incidents. Show less
