Lumfuse is a free, browser-based AI image combiner that blends two photos into one natural-looking picture — no editing software, no plugins, nothing to install.
Most collage tools just line two files up side by side. Lumfuse works differently: it analyses both photos, isolates the subject you want to keep, aligns the perspective, then harmonises colour, lighting and shadows so the result reads as a single photograph instead of an obvious cut-and-paste.
Key features
- AI-matched lighting, shadows and perspective
- One-click merge — upload two images, pick the subject, download the result
- Works with people, products and background plates
- Runs entirely in the browser
- Free to use
How it works
- Upload a base image and the image you want to combine with it.
- Let the model separate the subject and match the tone of both photos.
- Preview the composite and download it at full resolution.
It is useful for product staging, real-estate mockups, social posts and any quick composite where two photos need to look like they belong together. You can try it at Lumfuse.
I built this after losing too much time to manual masking for simple two-image composites. Feedback on the hard cases — flyaway hair, transparent objects, low-light shots — is very welcome, and I am happy to answer questions about how the merging pipeline works.
