I have 7+ years of experience as a full-stack and data engineer, and I’m currently transitioning into AI.

I’ve tried applying for projects through platforms such as Mercor, AfterQuery, DataAnnotation, Outlier, Turing, and Snorkel, but I haven’t had much success so far.

I’d really appreciate advice from developers or AI professionals who have experience with these platforms or similar AI-related opportunities.

I’d especially like to know:

How to improve my profile and applications
What skills or experience these platforms are currently looking for
How to stand out when applying for AI projects
Other platforms or opportunities worth exploring
