She had a great business. AI just wasn't telling people about it

I've been working on different AI visibility projects, but this one has been particularly satisfying.

The business was genuinely good. Great service, happy customers, and everything you'd expect from a business that deserved more attention.

But there was one problem.

When people were asking AI who they should choose, her business wasn't getting mentioned.

And the frustrating part?

Businesses offering similar services, some that weren't necessarily better, were being recommended while hers was being overlooked.

So we dug into the problem.

We looked at how her business was being understood across the web, what information AI could actually pick up, and the signals that were making other businesses easier to surface.

Then we started fixing the gaps.

Seeing the difference afterward was honestly satisfying.

Because this wasn't a case of trying to make a bad business look good.

The business was already good. It just wasn't getting the visibility it deserved.

That's exactly why I find AI visibility so interesting.

Sometimes, you're not losing customers because your business isn't good enough.

You're losing the opportunity because people aren't finding you.

Happy Client 😊
