Is Your Business Invisible on AI Search?

A business can have a good website, good reviews, and even strong Google rankings and still be almost invisible when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini:

“What’s the best [service] in [city]?”

I recently looked into this problem and found that some businesses simply weren't being mentioned when AI tools were asked to recommend companies in their area.

The interesting part? Being visible on Google doesn't automatically mean you'll be visible in AI search.

I worked on improving the signals and information that AI search systems use to understand and recommend a business.

After making the changes, the business became much more visible in relevant AI searches.
