NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT AI SATISFACTION‼️
First of all I want to say that I’m a proud programmer, and digital problem solver who uses and not ashamed to use AI to solve problems, because I have seen a lot of posts criticizing Programmers Engineers and Designers who make use of AI to build or design one solution or the other and I can’t help but laugh at such posts, all of that because you refuse to adapt to the rapidly changing ecosystem of tech.
No need to go further, I want to continue by saying from experience and observations, Ai doesn’t really give you a 100% satisfaction even though you typed what seems to be the appropriate prompt, there will always be a problem somewhere, some might understand this some might not, but those who are already in the field will definitely understand this.
I have had series of that experience(s) with Ai on so many different levels and most times it’s not pleasant.
But come to think of, this is the exact same issue between us designers especially graphics and clients, and trust me as the designer you often feel frustrated.
You will deliver the exact same thing a client had requested, the very actual design she/he wanted only for her/him to hit you with, can you add this, can you remove this, can you twist or tweak this like this or like that and most of them are so exhausting that they never stop, they always want to change something or add something and most times they don’t look at the designs to know if it’ll really defeat it’s purpose.
I see those kinds of people as those that really don’t know what they want, but that’s by the way.
In Ai most people are like that but that doesn’t mean that Ai itself is innocent, some of us developers, designers and co. we already have an idea or rather we already know exactly what we want but at the end of the day Ai delivers, but not what we wanted and we end up extending the conversation.
But that doesn’t defeat the fact that most people indeed doesn’t know what they want and you find them saying a ton of bad stuff about a particular Ai or Ai in general, making it seem like people using those tools are amateurs, I find that very funny though.
Either way when using Ai don’t hope on perfection, be ready for anything and be prepared as well as resilient to get it do the exact same thing you want, it’s possible, been there done that.
