Here's the brutal truth: almost every marketer in tech wants to sell you something. IDE vendors sell you subscriptions so you can code peacefully while watching your hardware performance tank. Our world has been colonized by Electron and JVM, and it's tragic.
But what if I told you that you can code comfortably in any language with autocomplete, real-time suggestions, LSP support, AI assistance if you want it—and use 10–15x less RAM?
My Software Philosophy
I've always built software for free. Why? Not because I'm some zealous GNU/Linux evangelist. I do it because I genuinely want to help. For free. I don't need the money, and I have zero interest in selling licenses to corporations. If they want it—they can pay if they choose.

I'm not saying Neovim is objectively "better." I'm saying it's measurably faster and uses orders of magnitude less RAM than:
- VS Code (Electron-based)
- GoLand and other JetBrains IDEs (JVM-based)
- CLion, IntelliJ, RubyMine (all JVM)

C gives you speed. C gives you efficiency. Write Neovim in Java? The whole point evaporates.
