AI as a Data Engine: Moving from Gadget to Project

Leader posted 1 min read

Today, AI is mostly used for surface-level tasks: correcting an email, rephrasing an idea, or making a logo. This is a very limited use compared to the tool's potential. At its core, without getting into the details of how it works, AI is a huge database. Its true value could be helping us build better.

Shifting to "Data Analyst" Mode
The idea is to change our perspective. Instead of seeing AI as a conversational partner, we should see it as an analyst capable of processing significant volumes of data.

The goal is to use this AI by specializing in a specific field (whether it’s hardware, agriculture, or a specific software project). The aim is to work within a field with a large database to access interesting information very quickly, in order to test and get feedback.

Building with Data
The goal: to build projects around these specialized databases. We aren't asking AI to behave like a human; we are asking it to be a giant database.

We could potentially focus this on sectors that need it. The objective: to move beyond the simple "chatbot" and enter the design of useful products and services. This is potentially where the real utility lies: using AI as a lever to structure knowledge and implement projects.
