@[Travis Gockel] Exactly this. The mentoring flow is the part that is hardest to measure and easiest to accidentally break. We tracked bugs caught per sprint but nobody was tracking how many times a
junior engineer left a review understanding something new. By the time we noticed the knowledge transfer had stopped, it had already been gone for weeks.
