Welcome to CoderLegion. By accessing or using our platform, including any paid subscription services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). Please read them carefully.
Your use of CoderLegion is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
1. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoderLegion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
CoderLegion PRO is a paid subscription service providing additional features such as profile boosts, analytics, messaging, ad-free experience, and more.
Subscription prices and billing terms are displayed clearly on the platform.
All payments are processed securely by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing, and applicable taxes.
CoderLegion does not store your full payment card information.
All fees are billed in the currency displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for eligible subscription payments. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original charge date.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You agree not to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
You agree not to post or distribute spam, malware, illegal content, or infringing material.
You agree not to access or attempt to access CoderLegion systems, data, or features in an unauthorized manner.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, trademarks, logos, design, and features are owned by CoderLegion or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. User Content
Users retain ownership of the content they create and publish on CoderLegion, including posts, comments, profiles, and other submissions.
By publishing content on CoderLegion, you grant CoderLegion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, store, and promote such content within the platform and related services.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to publish any content you submit.
8. Community Standards & Moderation
We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.
This includes spam, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, impersonation, or intellectual property violations.
9. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account through platform settings or by contacting au@coderlegion.com. Some information may be retained where required by law or for security purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
CoderLegion provides the platform “as-is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoderLegion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of CoderLegion is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of CoderLegion after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
