Exactly: trust in fintech is rarely built through the “big” features, it’s built through all the tiny, quiet interactions users barely notice.
Loading states, motion timing, wording, even the way numbers settle on screen… those micro-signals stack up and either strengthen or weaken confidence.
It’s interesting how once you start looking for these cues, you notice how much they influence your behaviour in other apps too — especially when money is involved.
