That's a great question about scaling. Usually, when teams grow, 'Environment Variables' move into CI/CD secrets (like GitHub Actions secrets or HashiCorp Vault). And for the dynamic data (like creating users on the fly), teams often write complex 'Data Builders' or 'Factories' in their code.
It gets complicated fast! My goal with Debuggo is to keep that power accessible without needing a dedicated DevOps setup just to run a test.
