Steps:
• Pick one job story with a clear success metric
• Use AI to draft a one-page spec (journey, UI, API, tests, not-doing list)
• Slice to essentials: one screen, two endpoints, three tests, one metric
• Test with real users or fake doors for quick signal
• Assess the metric: pass → add one adjacent feature; fail → tighten flow and retry
• Run the loop again until you hit the metric
Gotchas:
• Don’t waste time on auth, dashboards, or settings before value is proven
• Don’t validate based on vibes—only on your metric
