When AI Agents work like human teams, they fail like them too!

Most companies are architecting multi-agent AI systems based on human teams.

But then the problem with this approach is

  • Agents skip asking for help when confused
  • Roles get forgotten mid-task
  • Communication breaks down
  • Tasks get marked “done” without real verification

Typical human behaviour, right?

When AI Agents work like human teams, they fail like them too!

Lesson?

Multi AI Agents do not have to follow the typical blueprint of team communication.

They need their own design principles!!

Solution?

We do not have best practices defined as of now

However, it seems we need the following

  • Role clarity

  • Stronger task verification

  • Better inter-agent communication protocols

What do you think, how this problem can be solved?

Human intervene is must, we need to define their approach always like guiding baby.

Yes, very correct!
