Install Claude Code (Mac / Linux / WSL):
curl -fsSL https://claude.ai/install.sh | bash
Install Claude Code (Windows PowerShell):
irm https://claude.ai/install.ps1 | iex
Install Ollama (Mac / Linux):
curl -fsSL https://ollama.com/install.sh | sh
Windows: download the installer from https://ollama.com
Check Ollama version (needs 0.15+):
ollama --version
Download the model (about 18 GB):
ollama pull qwen3.8:27b
