I wanted one signed-in web account for both visual work and everyday documents, and Dola AI (https://dola-ai.com/) is the closest I have found. It combines a browser creative studio with office-oriented tools.
Creative side
You can compose images, stage 3D scenes, edit video, build moodboards, extract frames and keep private projects in a library. Manual arranging and saving projects do not spend generation credits.
Office side
Alongside the creative studio there are crafts for documents, spreadsheets, slides and PDFs, such as PdfCraft, WordCraft, GridCraft and DeckCraft. I use them for quick edits without switching apps.
A typical session
- Plan visually. I collect references in a moodboard and stage the scene or layout.
- Edit by hand first. Layers, drawing and timeline cuts cost nothing in credits.
- Generate when needed. For AI images, video, audio, mesh or world generation, I pick a supported model and review the quote before submitting.
- Switch to documents. The same account gives me a deck or PDF tool for the write-up.
Good to know
- Pricing is credit-based, with monthly plans, yearly options at about half the monthly cost, and one-time credit packs.
- Failed jobs return their reserved credits.
- AI editing, like masked redraws or video background work, also shows a quote first.
Verdict
If you are a developer or creator who wants visual control and light office tooling in one place, it is worth a look. Which tools do you combine in your own workflow?
