🚀 MyZubster is looking for contributors — Let's build a community-powered marketplace!

What if your GitHub contributions could become real opportunities to earn, collaborate and build independent projects?

We're building MyZubster, an open-source ecosystem connecting developers, digital creators, freelancers and local communities.

Our vision is to create a marketplace where people can:

💻 Offer digital skills — programming, UI/UX, AI, DevOps, cybersecurity and blockchain development.

🤝 Exchange services, collaborate on projects and support volunteer initiatives.

₿ Explore payments using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR) and traditional currencies.

🔐 Help design secure multisig escrow solutions, with legal and regulatory compliance considered from the beginning.

🌍 Connect GitHub contributions, digital portfolios and independent community projects.

🧠 We need your ideas, not just your code!

We've opened a community discussion to explore how MyZubster can become a practical, sustainable and legally compliant marketplace.

We're looking for:

Developers and open-source contributors
Blockchain and cryptocurrency specialists
UI/UX designers
Privacy and security researchers
Legal, fintech and compliance professionals
Freelancers interested in selling digital skills

Some features are already under development; others are proposals we want to design and validate together.

We especially want to explore how contributors can offer their digital services through the marketplace, how crypto payments should work, and how to reduce legal and technical risks for everyone involved.

Community marketplaces can grow faster when contributors have clear roles and a reason to stick around. How are you planning to keep contributors engaged?

Our approach is to give contributors real ownership, freedom of choice, and opportunities to benefit from what they build.

We're working on several ways to make participation sustainable:

Self-selected roles: Contributors can choose to work on development, design, security, documentation, the Marketplace, or independent community projects.
Visible contributions: GitHub, our Knowledge Graph, and the proposed Contributor Passport help connect skills and contributions to verifiable evidence.
Economic opportunities: Contributors can also become Marketplace sellers and offer their own services. We're exploring MYZ rewards and bounties, but compensation must be transparent and agreed upon in advance.
Decentralization: Contributors can develop independent nodes and projects without depending entirely on our central infrastructure.
Community governance: We're experimenting with a gradual, opt-in DAO model where responsibilities, decisions, and infrastructure costs can be shared.

We're already collaborating with contributors on the Marketplace, AI integrations, independent nodes, and Tor Onion experiments.

Not everything is fully implemented yet. Our next challenge is turning technical contributions into real community adoption and sustainable opportunities.

The goal is simple: contributors shouldn't just build MyZubster — they should be able to use it, shape it, and grow alongside it.
