PPT Online is a presentation workspace from our team. It brings slide editing, templates, and practical file exports into the browser, with a useful place for AI drafting when you need a starting outline.

A small workflow for project updates and demos

A presentation often needs two deliverables: slides someone can keep editing, and a fixed copy people can read. PPT Online supports that handoff with watermark-free PPTX and PDF exports.

You can start with a blank deck or an original template, then work with text, images, charts, tables, and slide layouts. Templates include editable content and outlines for business reviews, lessons, pitches, and other common situations. Themes help keep the deck visually consistent.

For a developer update, a straightforward sequence is:

  • Set out the problem, the proposed change, and what the audience should do next.
  • Put the essential comparison or result on a slide, using charts or tables where they help.
  • Review the wording, alignment, and reading order in the editor.
  • Export a PPTX for further editing and a PDF for the handoff.

Where AI and the file tools fit

AI drafting can turn a topic or outline into an editable first pass. Rewriting and translation help work through the text while keeping the presentation workflow in one place. Separate tools cover everyday presentation-file tasks such as PDF preparation, compression, and preparing a compatible PPTX to download and import into Google Slides.

Editing, templates, browser presentation, and exports are free in this release. New AI and file-processing tasks have daily allowances displayed in the product.

The useful part is keeping the editable deck and the final deliverable close together: shape the slides, review the message, and take away the file you need.
