I have always asked myself "If AI can generates code snippets in seconds, then what is the relevance of programmers".
I have a two view about this:
First, It reduces the muscle strength of programmers - that is, programmers coming up with new ideas and coming up with evolving technology (i.e It was human that came up with the idea of Hashtags,Web-3, Blockchain and even AI itself) will be restricted only to a few people who totally avoid the AI - Dependency.
Secondly, AI has only come to be an assistant to help us do only what we want it to do but not take over the entire thinking process, more like saying we are the architect and AI is the builder.
What baffles me is how fast AI is taking over tasks that people took substantial time to learn.
