Interesting read. Do you think AI in 2026 will mostly replace repetitive jobs, or just make people more productive?
AI in 2026

Thank you for reading my article.
I believe AI in 2026 will primarily replace repetitive, rule-based tasks rather than people.
The greatest impact of AI is not eliminating human talent but amplifying it.
Professionals who embrace AI will become significantly more productive, creative, and efficient, while those who rely solely on repetitive work may find their roles changing.
Throughout history, technology has transformed jobs rather than ending the need for human expertise.
AI can analyze data, automate workflows, and generate content at remarkable speed, but it still depends on human judgment, creativity, empathy, strategic thinking, and accountability.
The future belongs to people who know how to work alongside AI.
The most valuable professionals won't be those competing against AI they'll be the ones who use it to solve bigger problems, deliver better results, and create greater value.
Best regards

Interesting perspective. I think the biggest shift isn't that AI will replace developers, but that it will redefine what makes a great developer. As AI handles more implementation work, skills like system design, problem framing, architecture, validation, security, and communication become even more valuable.
One thing I'd add is that faster code generation also means a greater need for careful review. AI can eliminate hours of boilerplate, but it can also introduce subtle bugs or technical debt if teams blindly accept its output. The bottleneck is gradually moving from writing code to verifying and integrating it.
Overall, I agree that 2026 is likely to be less about "AI replacing programmers" and more about developers who know how to collaborate effectively with AI outperforming those who don't.
Thank you for your reply
I agree. AI is changing how we build software, not eliminating the need for skilled developers.
Writing code is becoming easier, but understanding the problem, making the right technical decisions, reviewing AI-generated code, and building reliable systems are what create real value.
Developers who know how to work with AI effectively will have a clear advantage over those who don't.
Best Regards
