Excellent point. I think every operations team should maintain two separate dashboards: one for operational health and another specifically for incident response.
I will also add business impact metrics alongside technical ones. During an incident, knowing which customers, APIs, or revenue-generating services are affected helps teams prioritize the right fixes instead of just chasing the loudest alert.
A good incident dashboard doesn't just display metrics instead, it shortens the path to root cause and recovery. Great read!
