@[sumita] Thank you Sumita! That was exactly the balance I was trying to strike - privacy that stays out of your way until you actually need it.
The auto-detection was the feature that took the most iteration to get right. Meeting platforms like Meet and Zoom don't expose a clean "screen sharing started" event, so it hooks into getDisplayMedia() directly before the browser hands control over. Once that clicked, the whole "set it and forget it" experience became possible.
Really glad that part stood out!
