Fun concept..lol the whole “pipeline as a maze” metaphor actually lands really well.
I like how it turns something abstract (env promotion, lead time, failures) into something you can feel while playing. The jellyfish sending you back is basically failed deploys in game form.
Only thought: if you leaned a bit more into real DevOps signals (like showing why you got sent back, or what improved your “lead time score”), it could go from just fun → actually educational too.
