When this programmer left his company, his coworkers looked at his computer and found a bunch of crazy automated scripts. He had literally automated every single annoying part of his life!
What did the scripts actually do?
One script was called "Hangover". If he did not log into the office server by 8:45 AM, it automatically sent an email to his boss saying: "Not feeling well, working from home today."
Another script was for his wife. If he was still coding on his computer after 9:00 PM, it automatically sent her a text saying: "Late at work!" and it would randomly pick a different excuse from a list every single time.
But the absolute best one was the coffee script. He wrote a code that literally hacked the office coffee machine. It commanded the machine to start brewing exactly 24 seconds before he walked into the kitchen. His coffee was perfectly ready the exact moment he arrived!
