Sovereign Intelligence, Vol II: The Zero-Trust Crucible (Can you break our architecture?)

In our Sovereign Intelligence series, we broke down the FinTech privacy gap. We argued that piping raw financial ledgers to centralized cloud LLMs is an architectural failure, and introduced the "Sanitized Snapshot" pattern as the alternative.

Many of you agreed in theory. But in practice, engineering teams still default to cloud wrappers because of perceived friction.

Today, we are publishing the Zero-Trust Architecture Challenge.

We didn’t build a marketing page; we built a 3-level interactive multiple-choice matrix. It systematically breaks down the standard industry objections to local-first AI, comparing centralized cloud execution against our "Sanitization by Construction" methodology.

The Challenge:
Go through the matrix at https://www.pocketportfolio.app/challenge.

We map out exactly how our Context Engine works—specifically how we use buildPortfolioContext(trades, positions) to generate a fixed-schema aggregate, ensuring that only totals and top holdings ever cross the wire. We also outline our strict boundary for /api/ai/chat (which is entirely stateless with respect to payload retention).

I challenge the CoderLegion community to run through the matrix and audit our logic. Where does our architectural framing fail? What edge cases in FinTech compliance does this model miss?

Take the matrix. Drop your critiques in the comments. Let's debate the architecture.
